Assistance in Opening Bank Account

It is a requirement that all registered farmers should open an account with the Access Bank

Provision of supportive and reference letters

We provide our registered farmers with supportive and reference letters to cater for the smooth operations of their farms.

Timely Information

Registered Farmers will have access to timely valuable information about the Hemp Industry including updates from Government and Government Agencies (locally and internationally) as well as other strategic Partners

Assistance in the Preparation of Business Plan & Application of License

It is a requirement for HAG Ltd to provide the assistance in the preparation of Business Plans for all Registered Farmers and their application for a license to cultivate hemp.

Assistance in getting TIN numbers

A Registered Farmer must have a Tax Identification Number, (TIN). In the case of farmers not having a TIN, HAG will assist in acquiring one

Provision of certified seeds of not more than 0.3% THC

Registered Farmers can only cultivate hemp with the certified seeds that will be provided by HAG Ltd that has a THC cap of 0.3%

Assistance in securing land from our land bank

Although not compulsory HAG can provide assistance in securing land from its land bank if required.

Assistance with company registration

Registration of company is also compulsory for all Farmers who apply for service and HAG Ltd is available to ensure the registration process is completed in the case of not being registered.

Exclusive purchase of all produce through an Off-taker Contracts Agreement  

Registered Farmers will be required to sell all that they produce to HAG Ltd through the exclusive provision of an “Off-taker Contracts Agreement” which will be issued in accordance with the option selected by the Registered Farmer.
